Menjablanc de Reus is an almond cream with a hint of cinnamon and lemon, with a fine and smooth texture of Mediterranean flavor and it is very easy to do at home in just two minutes.
Traditionally, it is served in a ceramic terrine. It is perfect for breakfast, for a snack, as a dessert or after dinner for the whole family.
You just have to mix it with cold water to prepare 4 portions:
In a bowl, mix it all together constantly. When the mixture boils, keep it for 2 minutes and then pour it in a terrine, a glass, a plate or in a mould.
