In 1997, the Reus cook Mr. Fargas devised a quick and easy system to prepare Menjablanc de Reus, which was commercialized in bulk or in paper sheets. The new technology and the advanced systems have made that the presentation and the packaging provide quality and comfort to our product.
Since 2003 Josep Franquet, who owns the title of Maestro Artesano Pastelero given by la Generalitat de Catalunya, takes care and makes the most emblematic dessert of the city of Reus with natural ingredients.
